Any garment or other item not in its original packaging and not having the original tags still attached cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn and we cannot resell them as new. In addition we can ship many items only to the billing address for any credit card used due to the nature of certain items such as knives, swords, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and readily accessible address for delivery of any items. Please make sure your delivery address is secure for these reasons and that you are available to receive your items when they are shipped. Please package any returns you might have with great care and insure them against risk when making any returns. UPS and other shipping services do not insure coins therefore please only use U.S. Postal insured mail when shipping any of your coins anywhere. All refunds on items returned originally shipped with expedited shipping, i.e. Overnight, Second Day Delivery, Priority or Express mail will be refunded upon return of the item or items less 15% restocking charge (unless returned for damage or replacement)and less the additional charge for the faster shipping.
