All customers agree to be bound by the following policies on order cancelations, shipping, handling, and exchanges of merchandise when placing their order with Charity Coin Shop.com.
If you require an item or items by a certain date you must inform us of that date at the time the order is placed.
All items are sold as is without any warranty expressed or implied. Any and all manufacturer warranties are honored by the manufacturer of the item only. We do not have any manufacturing, repair, or warranty facilities on our premises.
Any broken or used item or item removed from its packaging/holder, with tags missing, or that has been used in any capacity for any period of time is not exchangeable or returnable. All items are inspected visually by us before shipment and packaged carefully.
No replacement item will be sent to replace any item deemed defective or otherwise until the original item is returned to us within 10 days of your receipt of the original item. We will not honor or commit to replacing or exchanging any item defective or otherwise until we have confirmed that the original item is back in our hands. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of being placed.
Any order canceled after 24 hours of being placed will be credited less a 5% cancellation fee on the total of that order. Many items we sell are so unique and of such limited/custom nature that any cancellations after 24 hours of order placement become costly to handle/store/sell and will be refunded less the cancellation charge.
No refunds are issued on merchandise unless merchandise is defective and then the item or items may be exchanged for a like item. Any item being exchanged for defect must be in new and unused condition only.
Any order canceled after a 24 hour period will be subject to a 5% order cancelation charge. Please keep in mind if you must have an item or items by a specific date we must know that date ahead of time as many gun related items especially are in extremely high demand. Often times if we have an order pending for you on a back ordered or delayed item we are stuck with that item if your order is canceled and that is the reason for this policy.
Used items cannot be returned for any reason and no warranty is provided on any item which has been used by the customer as we cannot ascertain the conditions/wear/tear the item was placed under when in use by the customer. We cannot accept the return of any items broken by the customer as we do not have a repair service or warranty fulfillment service. Any warrantied items will have to be taken care of by the manufacturer of the item. Items which are removed from their packaging and have been used for any amount of time are not returnable for any reason.
Exchanges can be made only for a like item or items and are only possible if items are returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. Items sent for exchange must be sent back in new unused condition. Items which have been used are not returnable for any reason.
All shipping charges are non-refundable this includes all ground and faster shipping charges on orders as requested or required by the customer.
All customers outside of the United States placing an order for delivery agree by placing an order to be bound by the following policies. Customers placing orders for shipment outside of the United States must know the laws and regulations in their country or territory regarding any item that is ordered. Charity Coin is not responsible for any items seized by Customs and/or law enforcement in the customer's country and all responsibility is assumed by the customer when placing an order that they are authorized and/or have approval to import the item or items they are ordering. All customers outside of the United States where items for shipment cannot be insured are responsible for paying for the item whether or not it is received after shipment. All foreign customers outside of the United States agree by placing an order that no chargebacks will be placed for orders not received due to items being seized by customs and/or law enforcemnt or for non-delivery in countries where items are lost and are uninsureable.
Items from our One of A Kinds Section and Bullion items are not exchangeable or refundable and all sales are final.
All Body Armor & Helmets are not returnable or exchangeable due to safety restrictions and all sales are final.
All items for exchange must be delivered back to Charity Coin within 10 days of receipt, with no exceptions, i.e. the item or items must be back in our hands within 10 days of your receipt with a valid Authorization Number.
Any garment or other item not in its original packaging and not having the original tags still attached cannot be exchanged or returned. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or worn as we cannot resell them as new.
Please phone 919-395-4583 or email ifcdirector@aol.com for an Exchange Authorization Number. This number must be printed on the outside of your package for any exchange or return of defective merchandise.
No packages are accepted without a valid number on the package and they will be returned to you. Any item returned which does not honor our exchange and return policy will be held until the customer pays return shipping on the item. The Authorization Number expires 10 days from the date of issue so please return your item or items within the 10 day window only or they will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Restocking fees do not apply to customer exchanges for like items however additional shipping must be charged on all exchange replacement items shipped out.
In addition we can ship many items only to the billing address for any credit card used due to the nature of certain items such as knives, swords, etc.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and readily accessible address for delivery of any items.
Please make sure your delivery address is secure for these reasons and that you are available to receive your items after they are shipped.
Please package any returns you might have with great care and insure them against risk when making any returns. UPS and other shipping services do not insure coins therefore please only use U.S. Postal insured mail when shipping any of your coins anywhere.
Please help us to better help you by enclosing a statement explaining why your item is being returned along with your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and order number so that we may provide an exchange for you.
We are unable to accept returns of broken, damaged, or used items not returned in new condition.

Our coin grading is based upon the A.N.A. Photograde Grading Guide and our considered professional opinion. Grades do vary due to the fact that they are opinions and not guarantees. All certified coins are slabbed and graded by independent grading firms such as PCGS, NGC, PCI, and ANACS whose opinions are independent of our own. There are no published industry standards for the grading of ancient coins and artifacts therefore we are also as conservative as possible when assigning any grade. We provide the collector with top quality coins, currency, and memorabilia all hand selected for the maximum eye appeal and detail for your collection.
We do not sell any item we would not feel proud to have in our own personal collections.
